I wanted a magazine style home page so I downloaded the Bombax theme which has a preview of lots of boxes with page excerpts and images, plus 3 columns, just what I wanted for my site. Yet when I try to use it, all I get is my main text for the home page and my other pages are not shown as excerpts at all, but a clickable link.
